• Relax with a cup of Shakti Tea, a customer favorite. We have provided the exact recipe that we use in our tearoom. 

• Shakti Tea is an herbal tea blend made from a combination of organic ashwagandha, organic shatavari, organic jasmine flowers, and organic rose petals and buds. This tea is designed to promote energy and vitality, as well as support overall health and wellness.

INGREDIENTS

• Organic ashwagandha, organic shatavari, organic jasmine flowers, organic rose petals and buds

CAFFEINE

PREPARATION

• Add 1 Tbsp of tea to 8-oz to a pot of boiling water. Infuse for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 Tablespoon of sugar or honey. Bring back to a boil, then immediately strain into a mug. Top with a light dusting of cardamom. One infusion.
