Color changing teas are teas that change color when brewed or when certain ingredients are added to them. One popular example of a color changing tea is butterfly pea flower tea. When brewed on its own, it produces a blue color. However, when lemon juice or another acidic ingredient is added, the tea changes color to a pink or purple hue.
