• Dragonwell is China's most beloved green tea and is often called the national drink of China.

• Dragonwell, also known as Longjing, is a type of green tea that is grown and harvested in the Hangzhou region of Zhejiang province in China. This tea is renowned for its high quality, delicate flavor profile, and unique flat, sword-like appearance of the leaves.

• The leaves used to make Dragonwell are hand-picked in early spring, before being processed using traditional techniques. The leaves are pan-fried to halt the oxidation process, which gives the tea its distinctive nutty and sweet flavor profile, with subtle vegetal notes and a hint of chestnut.
