DESCRIPTION

•  Phoenix Bird, also known as Feng Huang Dan Cong, is a type of oolong tea that is grown in the Fenghuang Mountains in China's Guangdong province. It is a highly prized and sought-after tea due to its complex flavor and aroma.

• Feng Huang Dan Cong tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and is harvested by hand in small batches. The leaves are processed in a specific way that gives them their unique flavor and aroma. The tea is known for its floral and fruity notes, as well as its smooth and complex flavor profile.

• From the variety of Dan Cong teas, we chose this Mi (honey) Lan (orchid) variety.
