  • Dragon Eyes, also known as Tian Mu Long Zhu or Tian Mu Mountain Dragon Pearls, is a type of green tea that is grown and harvested in the Tian Mu Mountains of China's Zhejiang province. This tea is known for its unique appearance, as it is made by rolling tender tea leaves into small, pearl-shaped balls that slowly unfurl as they are steeped in hot water.

  • The leaves used to make Tian Mu Long Zhu are hand-picked and then processed using traditional techniques, including withering, rolling, and drying. This process gives the tea its distinctive floral aroma and light, delicate flavor profile that is often described as having notes of sweet grass and subtle hints of fruit.
