DESCRIPTION

• Dian Lu Eshan, also known as "Tea King," is a premium green tea that is grown and harvested in the Eshan region of Yunnan province in China. This tea is made using only the young, tender leaves of the tea plant, which are carefully hand-picked and then processed using traditional techniques that preserve their delicate flavors and aromas. It is cultivated at high altitude and has long, silver, downy-tipped leaves firmly rolled lengthwise.

• The resulting tea has a light, pale green color and a delicate flavor profile that is often described as having notes of chestnuts, flowers, and fresh grass. It also has a subtle, sweet aroma that adds to the overall sensory experience of drinking this tea.

PREPARATION

• Add 1 Tbsp of tea to 12-oz of 80 degrees Celsius water, and steep for 1 minute. Three infusions.
