  • Milk Oolong, also known as Jin Xuan, is a type of Taiwanese oolong tea that is known for its buttery flavor and aroma. It is named after the Jin Xuan cultivar of tea plant that is used to produce the tea. 
  • The tea leaves used to make Milk Oolong are typically picked in the early spring and are processed using traditional techniques such as withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying. This produces a tea with a smooth and delicate flavor, a floral aroma, and a light golden color.
  • Milk Oolong is grown in the Alishan region of Taiwan provides the ideal environment for growing this prized high-mountain oolong.
