FOREST TEMPLE TEA

DESCRIPTION

• Forest Temple Tea is a premium white tea that is grown and harvested in the northern part of Thailand, on the property and in the surrounding forests of a Buddhist temple. This tea is made using only the young, tender leaves and buds of the tea plant, which are carefully plucked and then lightly processed to preserve their delicate flavors and aromas.

• The founder of Dobrá Tea, Jiri Simša, frequents the Buddhist monastery where this tea grows. He helped to harvest and produce this white tea from the wild Assamica tea trees growing there.

PREPARATION

• Add 1 Tbsp of tea to 12-oz of 90 degrees Celsius water, and steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Three infusions.
