DESCRIPTION

• Jiao Gu Lan, also known as Gynostemma, is an adaptogen and is considered China's Immortality Herb. It is also used in traditional Chinese herbal medicine.

PREPARATION

• Add 1 Tbsp to 16 oz of 100 degrees Celsius water. Steep for 1 minute for a smooth, non-bitter infusion. 

• Three infusions.

• Note: Jiao Gu Lan can be steeped for up to 5 minutes, but the infusion may be strong and slightly bitter.
